I have been teaching for 27 years. This is my 8th year at Willis Road and my 5th year in kindergarten. I have taught 5th, 3rd, 2nd and kindergarten but I think kindergarten is my favorite grade to teach! I have a BS in Elementary Education from Bob Jones University and a M. Ed in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University.
I married my sweetheart, Allen 25 years ago and we have three wonderful children (two are away at college now). The youngest is in 7th grade at Lee Middle School. I love to spend time with my family and our pets (two cats, Sammy, and Louie and a dog, Maxie). I also love to read, play games and do puzzles and I'm enjoying learning more about things I can do on the computer -like setting up this web page.
